NOTE: Project Execution Guidelines
1. Website Content (Text and/or Images) is consolidated by the client. This can also be provided as an additional service which then attracts an additional fee based on the number of pages for the website
2. Website development time is between 2-4 weeks depending on the availability of the content to appear on the website and the features and functionalities with 1 month free website maintenance and updates.
3. A down-payment of 60% of the project total amount is made before commencement of the project and the remaining 40% after completion.
4. Domain Name Registration and Website Hosting fee is payable upfront.
5. At least Two (2) reviews are done with the client before the website goes online
6. Company with no company logo for the website can get this as an additional service
[4 Logo Options & Letter-head with Business cards design is Kshs.12,000]
7. Registration of Domains with .ke extensions will attract an additional fee of
Kshs. 3,000 per year.
8. Any arising expenses i.e. travel or accommodation shall be catered for by the client.
