Taking Barakat from these Kalemaat Nooraniyah of Aqa Moula T.U.S, mumineen are advised as follows:-
1.Wa'az timings will be from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by Zohr & Asar Namaz. After which, Mumineen are invited for Niyaaz jaman.

Dear Friends
A Langata resident just reported an attempted carjacking that took place on 3rd December at 11pm on the Langata South Road. As the resident was turning from Langata South road onto Kipevu Road at the Mat Bronze junction, a car which he thought was a mercedes benz, came up behind him very quickly with full beam headlights. The resident first thought that it was a government dignitary demanding right of way. However, the assailants soon starting bumping his Nissan Patrol from the back and tried to overtake him. Realizing that they were "would be carjackers," he sped up and managed to out-drive the assailants. Since the resident was in a 4WD vehicle with high clearance and the assailants were in a 2WD vehicle, he gained the advantage going over the multiple speed bumps on Kipevu Road at speed and managed to get to the security barrier before they caught up with him.
The Diplomatic Police Unit (DPU) remind us that historically, the Holiday Season brings with it an increase in property theft, burglary and opportunistic crime such as muggings, car-jacking and extortion scams.
The following are a few points of recommended behavior drawn from real car-jacking incidents from the DPU:
1. Avoid use of the same route on daily basis to work / home/ school / college etc.
2. Change cars if possible from time to time.
3. Avoid unnecessary travel during the late hours. When it is absolutely necessary travel with someone, DO NOT travel alone.
4. Ensure that you are familiar with road networks around your house / office and greater Nairobi.
5. After attending social functions or dinners / movies, if you notice people around your car please do not approach but seek security intervention.
6. Statistics show that most times for hijacks are usually between 6am and 9am for the morning and between 5pm and 9pm for the evening.
7. Cooperate with the hijackers. Material items can be replaced.
