The job responsibilities of this position are to:
- Handle back office administrative work
- Follow up, update, and input work orders, requisitions, requests, and other paper work
- Will be first point of contact for Management team in Rabwat
2. DATA ENTRY CLERK --- FOR WAREHOUSE
The job responsibilities of this position are to:
- Update goods in the warehouse for requisitions, orders, and invoices into the computer system
- Must have quick and accurate typing speed
3. BUILDING CARETAKER(S) --- FOR SIYANAT DEPT.
The job responsibilities of this position are to:
- Make reports on the computer
- Have basic knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems)
- Be fluent to converse in English and Swahili language
- Take care of the building cleaning
- Security of the building
- Lead team to get the work done
- Preventive and regular maintenance schedule making
- Have trouble shooting skills in terms of emergency
