Delta Automatic is a professional key cutting machine for flat cylinder keys, car and cruciform keys. Its motor has a direct clutch. The unit, motor, cutter and brush, is protected by a screen.

The mobile unit consists of 2 jaws, fixed on a carrier with horizontal movement. The carrier is fixed on a drive shaft and moved manually. It is entirely protected against all dust and shavings thanks to the structure over the cutting unit.
The key cutting machine is equipped with a slanting surface to lead off the shavings in the chipping tray, situated under the carrier and easy to pull out.
The cutting unity (brush, cutter, decoder, jaws, jaw handles and calibre) enables to read a copy the original key and to do the necessary finishing.

The brush cleans the keys after.

Cutter for cutting key blanks, out of HSS steel and covered by a screen to protect the user against shavings.

The decoder for reading the original key is situated on the left lower part of the machine. It is adjustable with a setting ring.

The four face jaws fix the key at the back and the profile. The jaws are fixed with two anatomic handles which guarantee a secure hold of the key. In correspondence with the jaws there are two calibre straps to adjust the key.

Delta is available as automatic, semiautomatic or manual key cutting machine.
