In order to be successful in this position, the candidate must be qualified to degree level or equivalent and must have experience of at least 2 years in sales of Glass & Hardware Products. Good IT skills are necessary and an understanding of computer software's will be an added advantage. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communicational skills and should have a desire to learn progressively throughout their career due to the nature of the industry. The candidate must be between the age of 25 & 40.
