Movement=Medicine




Did you know that there is an island in Japan called Okinawa with the highest population of healthy people over 100 ? Do you know what they are doing that YOU  are not? They make Movement a part of their routine on a regular basis. Excercise is better than medicine, and with little to no side effects, but requires consistent effort. Let us help you, and have fun in the process! 

Februry Fitness classes registration ongoing for LADIES with
1-knee/back pain
2-general weakness/ low stamina
3-depression
4-high blood pressure/diabetes

This class is aimed at promoting health and wellness of our precious elders, but any and all aged ladies welcome. 

Cost: 100/ class. 
Days: Tues/Thursday 11:30-12 noon
